Cancelling? Nothing gets lost.
When Index+ runs out, your profile goes back to the default design. Your world, banner and emotes stay saved and are back the moment you get Index+ again. Your rarity history keeps recording in the meantime.

What Index+ isn't
- No effect on rarity or tier, and none on rankings.
- No extra data about other players.
- No paywall on search, verification or privacy.
Questions
Does Index+ make my account rarer?
No. Rarity is calculated the same way for everyone and doesn't know about your subscription. Rarity score and tier are identical with and without Index+.
Do I need a verified account?
For profile design, showcase, rarity history and stats, yes: they apply to accounts you've verified. The Discord role works without one. Verifying is free.
What happens if I cancel?
Index+ runs until the end of the paid month. After that your settings are paused and come back as soon as you get Index+ again.
How do I cancel?
Settings › Index+ › “Payment history at Tebex”. Sign in there with the email address you used for the purchase and end the subscription.
How do I pay?
Through Tebex, our payment provider. You'll see the available payment methods on the checkout page before you confirm anything. We never see or store payment details.
What if a payment fails?
Index+ stays active for now while Tebex retries. If it doesn't go through, Index+ pauses after the period ends.
Who am I buying from?
From Tebex Limited. Tebex is the seller and contracting party, takes the payment, pays the tax and sends you the receipt. Questions about payment, refunds and withdrawal go to Tebex.
What data goes to Tebex?
Your IP address, because Tebex requires it to create the basket, and a random reference for this purchase. Neither your username nor your Minecraft name. From Tebex we only learn whether the subscription is running.
Will there be new stuff?
Yes. New worlds, emotes and banners are added at no extra cost, and some features reach Index+ first.
